Registration is required

Meet at the Brown's Ranch Trailhead at 8:45, to be ready to hike at 9 AM, to enjoy a Steward-led tour by Bill Jackson. The out and back hike will cover approximately 6 miles. Dogs are welcome if leashed. In honor of our veterans; it is suggested you wear patriotic clothing. Afterward, considering going to the Pony Express Cafe at 28190 N Alma School Rd.

About this event

The Cristate (crested) saguaro has a fan-shaped or wavy formation at the top instead of the normal straight. Only about 2 in every 10,000-200,000 develop this shape.
